Dr. Judith Higgins is an experienced educator and researcher with a deep commitment to enhancing schools. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management with a concentration in Educational Policy, as well as dual Master’s degrees in Education and Counseling Psychology. Dr. Higgins also has three educational certifications, including district-level supervision.
With over 20 years of experience in K-12 education, she has served as a district-wide school administrator for seven years, overseeing 22 staff members across 10 schools. Her research over the past 13 years has concentrated on school improvement, which she has successfully implemented in educational settings from kindergarten through college.
Currently, Dr. Higgins is a researcher and a college professor, advancing the next generation of educators.
